How to stop the screen going black when taking screenshot in video

If you face this blackout issue, this is for you:

For browser like chrome, go to settings and search system

Now deselect the "Use graphics acceleration when available"

Then relaunch and you will be able to take the screenshot.

For Firefox, go to settings and then system:

Deselect the "Use recommended performance settings " and "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Now, relaunch your browser and you can take any screenshot of your choice.
